Sometimes it doesn't matter how great the food is, bad service can blow it. This was my Cinco de Mayo, one and done experience here. The parking lot implied that the restaurant was full, but my party of three was seated right away on the covered patio. There was only one other group out there. During our experience, people were stepping out on the patio to smoke and then returning back inside to their table. So, if you're smoke sensitive, I don't recommend sitting out there. Another weird observation about the patio, the tv was locked up, literally and this was Derby Day... maybe that's why the patio was practically unoccupied.
The chips were warm but a bit on the stale side. The salsa was thin and bland. Although the taste was good, the guacamole was the same way, almost a puree consistency.
I went inside to wash my hands and saw our waiter standing at the bar eating. I mentioned to him that we were ready to order and I kid you not, he ROLLED his eyes at me. Not only should I not have had to nudge him to take our order, but he shouldn't have been in plain sight eating. Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned when it comes to service, but I found that odd.
I ordered the fish tacos and substituted the Jasmine rice for fries. My table mates ordered the chicken fajitas and the sampler dinner. Their meals arrived first, brought out by someone other than our waiter. It was literally at least five minutes later before my fish tacos arrived, without the fries. Our waiter sat the tacos down without acknowledging the lack of the side or about the delay. Thinking that my meal was the last on the line of preparation, I was surprised to find the fish was cold. I assume they'd forgotten mine and it sat after the others devoured their meals. Our waiter came back out and I asked about the fries, he again ROLLED his eyes. I swear, I was trying to be patient and not reflect the attitude that he threw at me from the beginning. For that reason, I wasn't even going to mention that my tacos were cold. I guess the moral of the story could be is, don't request the waiter to take your order or disturb him when he's eating.
I won't be back. -

I heard it's one of the best Mexican places in the little town of Winchester.
They have lots of parking spots, so that's not a problem.
The people are friendly.
I ordered the Fajitas and it was typical like any other Fajitas
Couldn't tell if anything was special or different.
It wasn't bad though. A good place to grab a quick bite if you are up for some Mexican -

Worst service ever. It's like the waiters avoid eye contact. Food was so so. Will definitely avoid in the future

The food was good as always. But, the waiter was horrible. Brought out all of our food except 1. Had to go ask at the bar about it. Finally got it when the rest of us was done. Glasses weren't refilled. Normally we love it here and I will be back. But, the waiter needs to go.
